Brandon Negron has been a member of the Carolina Cobras since the 2020 season. Starting as an Assistant Coach, Negron has taken on various responsibilities since joining the franchise. As an assistant under 2023 Head Coach, James Fuller, Negron won National Arena League Assistant Coach of the Year cooperative with Coach Fuller (Head Coach of the Year). In 2024 upon Coach Fuller's departure, Negron took on the Head Coach role leading the team to a 6-4 record (5-1 at home) culminating in winning 2024 Head Coach of the Year. Negron was also named Team President in 2024 a role he elected to take on full time ahead of the 2025 season.
