Cobras Leader looks to make an immediate impact in his First Act as Team President

GREENSBORO, NC – Carolina Cobras Team President, Brandon Negron announced today, in one of his first major acts as Team President, that in 2025 all registered Guilford County Public School Students will receive a free season ticket to attend Carolina Cobras games for the 2025 season.

Following Valentine's day, the Carolina Cobras enhance their love for the local community and passion for supporting the youth. Parents of students that attend a local Guilford County school can register for 2025 season tickets by going to carolinacobras.com or by calling 336-455-7232. The Carolina Cobras are dedicated to the Greensboro community and hope to not only introduce the great sport of arena football to a wide range of students but to also spread entertainment to families that is affordable to strengthen our community for many weekends this spring. Best of all, fans including these students will get to meet our players, dance team, coaches, and mascot on the field after every Cobras game as part of our FREE on-field autograph session after every game.

“We are a family first environment. Every kid deserves to see a professional football game. Every kid deserves to meet their favorite athletes. As Team President, I’m happy to fill the First Horizon Coliseum with families from our City that want to be a part of something fun and action packed for the next 3 months. Not every family can afford to go to Charlotte to see an NFL game. They don’t have to. We have winning football and affordable family activities right here in their backyard,” said President Negron.

Partners like Natasha HanHan of HanHan Realty of the Triad and Noemi Rodriguez from Victorian Finance are working in tandem with the Cobras to make this vision of giving every kid a chance to see a game, a reality.

“I’m leaning on our community partners to make something like this program possible,” continued Negron. “We have plenty of partners that I know hold the same values we do here at the Cobras. Kids in our community need things to do. They need activities and environments they can smile and flourish in. A lot of people are going to beam with pride when they look into the stands and see the students of Guilford County having a blast in the Snake Pit!”

The Carolina Cobras have brought on-field success to the Triad area since kicking off their first season in 2018 where they won the National Arena League Championship in Greensboro, making history in the National Arena League. Since then the Cobras have been to multiple championships and playoff games. This year the Cobras will honor their first Head Coach Billy Back, by inducting him into the Cobras Ring of Honor when they go against the Wheeling Miners on April 5th.
