Cobras sign Offensive Lineman Brian Wells to Roster

GREENSBORO – Brian Wells (6’2, 320) began his college career at West Liberty University before transferring to Elizabeth City State University where he finished his college career playing center for the Vikings. During his senior year at Elizabeth City he started in all ten games and allowed zero sacks during the regular season. Wells earned Offensive Lineman of the Week honors, Second Team All-Conference Honors and was selected to play in the National Bowl in Daytona Beach, Florida. 

Wells is a native of Winston Salem, North Carolina and played at Parkland High School. During his high school career he was three sport letter winner in football, track and lacrosse. He earned First Team All-Piedmont Triad Conference honors and was a All-Northwest Region Honorable Mention and was selected to play in the East-West All-Star Game.
